Harmony By The Beach

We hope you have arrived safely and are settling in! Just in case you didn't see the manual, we've added it here for easy access to refer to as needed! 1. Please enjoy yourself and relax. The beach is beautiful and merely steps away. The wildlife that visits the house includes a variety of things including; monkeys, butterflies, lizards and mapache. The pool is lovely and ready for your enjoyment. 2. Costa Rica is hot, so air conditioning is a blessing. Please make sure to close doors when the air conditioner is running. If the doors stay open, it will overwork the unit and it will freeze up. 3. Children MUST be supervised at all times while in the pool or on the property. 4. The appliances we can get in Costa Rica are limited. Please note that the ice maker will clog if using the crushed ice feature, so please just use whole cube. 5. Dishes must be rinsed before being put in the dishwasher to ensure clean dishes. Did I mention our limited selection of appliances here (lol)! 6. NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property. 7. No fires allowed on the property. 8. Food/Beverages: Items are permitted in the kitchen and dining area ONLY. 9. Check-out: Check out time is 10:00 am, unless late check out has been requested and approved. Please wash all kitchen glassware, pans, plates, utensils etc. Please leave the house as neat and clean as possible at check out. 10. Garbage/Recycling: Please bag all garbage/recycling and place in bin at the end of the driveway 11. Removal, alteration, or relocation of any furniture inside or outside is not permitted. 13. Linens: Towels and linens are not changed daily, please re-use your towels for the duration of your stay. Towels may be left on the bathroom floor at check out. 14. Please only use the colorful towels in basket by the back door outside (the bathroom towels are not for outside use). 15. Fire Extinguisher/First Aid: The fire extinguisher and first aid kit are under the sink. 16. Cooling: The thermostat for the heat and AC is in the main living room and each bedroom. 17. There is a $100 charge for lost keys. 18. In case of emergency, dial 911. The local clinic is Beachside Clinic and Pharmacy +506 8610 6961

We suggest accessing the property with a SUV. You don't need AWD, but having a little extra clearance on the dirt road is best. There is a $100 charge for any lost keys.
